Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:


* Provide general club orientation to guests
upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, gym and pool

* Welcome and acknowledge each guest and member
with a smile, eye contact and a friendly welcome, using their name when
possible

* Carry out regular Health & Safety checks,
pool testing, sauna and steam room checks

* Process new members sign ups

* Maintain cleanliness of workstation, gym,
locker rooms, poolside, sauna and steam room

* Dispose of rubbish and dirty linens in the correct
area

* Clean and stock supplies and amenities in the
locker rooms

* Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work
conditions to manager, support with first aid if required

* Monitor the pool area and ensure users are
safe and adhering to rules

* Anticipate and address guests’ service needs


Safety and Company Policies:

* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training and certifications.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
* Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
* Support the team to reach common goals.
* Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

What we’re looking for

* A warm, people-oriented demeanor
* A team-first attitude
* A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
* Pool plant, pool lifeguard and or
first aid qualification are desirable, although we support your training to
obtain these qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
