Location & Format
* Location: Baldock, Hertfordshire (Remote/Contractor)
* Job type: Permanent, Full-time (Remote flexibility)
* Profit split: 65% - 90%
* Salary range: $50K - $200K/yr (performance-based scaling)
What You'll Do
* Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters.
* Follow a structured, rules‑based risk management approach.
* Build consistency and scale capital based on performance.

Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach.
