The People Systems Specialist Payroll (Analyst) FTC is a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and process solutions as well as improving data integrity through operational reporting. You will be an expert in MHR iTrent, in particular Payroll module and Business Objects, with intermediate SQL understanding. You will focus on improvements in our Payroll system set up and delivery, as well as supporting reward activities more generally. With a monthly payroll of c2000 staff you will provide advice and guidance on the best practice use of our HR System and identify solutions to any problems that arise. You'll also be adept at Business Objects reporting to support data validation processes to maintain data quality and integrity.
To succeed, you'll need proven relevant iTrent experience, an expert understanding of transactional HR and Payroll processes, strong analytical and business process knowledge and attention to detail. You'll also need to demonstrate an ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other teams and deliver on continuous improvement projects within an agreed timeframe.
