Global Auditing Manager (Food Safety) UK or Europe based, Heavy International Travel

Location: Anywhere in the UK (home/base flexible)
Travel: Significant international travel across Europe & North Africa; with regular travel to West/East/Southern Africa and Asia)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced Global Auditing Manager to uphold best-in-class food safety, integrity, environmental and ethical standards across a complex global supply base. Youll plan and lead supplier audits, analyse trends, and drive corrective actions that protect customers and build supplier capability.
What youll do
1. Plan, coordinate and conduct supplier audits globally (food safety, integrity/ethics, environmental).
2. Audit against internal standards and major UK retailer requirements; produce clear, timely reports.
3. Lead root-cause analysis and robust CAPA to closure, tracking actions and measuring improvement.
4. Maintain a live, risk-based audit schedule and support sites ahead of customer/third-party audits.
5. Investigate issues/incidents and co-own improvement plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
