Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) / Trainee Site Manager
Project: Social Housing Internal and External Repairs
Location: South London – on site

The opportunity
Working alongside the companies best Site Manager on a long term project. We are looking for someone who is wanting the step up from RLO position to more of a assistant / trainee site manager. The right individual has to have the cando attitude and be open to learning new things, as well as using initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact between residents, site management, and the client
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate upcoming works, potential disruptions, and project progress clearly and professionally
Manage resident queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate access requirements and support the site team in minimising disruption
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communications
Ensure compliance with client and project communication procedures
Site Inductions
Assisting the Site Manager with deliveries, and other duties on site
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer on social housing projects
Be ready to take the step into site management
CSCS card (or happy to obtain)
