Job Title: Maximo Application Analyst
Location: Portsmouth
We are looking for a Maximo Application Analyst to provide functional and technical support for our IBM Maximo system. The Analyst will troubleshoot user issues, ensure data accuracy, support system enhancements, and work closely with both technical teams and business users to ensure Maximo meets operational needs.
What you'll be doing
· Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for IBM Maximo users
· Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to workflows, reports, and system usage
· Maintain and support integrations between Maximo and other systems
· Document technical procedures, support activities, and training guides
· Train end users and support adoption of new Maximo features
· Perform data validation and help maintain data integrity within the system
· Support functionality enhancements in Maximo and other systems
· Understand benefits of AI and how this can be deployed in systems
· IT Support - assist with resolving walk in queries, virtual support, and support tickets.
· IT Projects – assist with outstanding IT project planning and execution
What we're looking for
· Systems support and administration experience is essential
· Hands on experience of IT support projects implementation
· Someone who can use their initiative to identify and implement quick, effective solutions
· Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
· Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver to deadlines
· A keen interest in AI within IT support
· If you have experience of Maximo already in an IT support capacity, that would be extremely beneficial but full training on the system will be given
