About the role


We’re looking for a highly organised and data-driven PIT Coordinator to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in planning and scheduling work, producing performance reports, and using data to drive operational improvements. You’ll play a key role in coordinating statutory inspections, ensuring compliance, and providing clear performance insight across PIT and PUWER activities.

As a PIT Coordinator, you will be developing and managing inspection schedules to ensure delivery against compliance targets, as well as creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards, providing clear insights on PIT activity.

You will monitor KPIs, identify trends, and highlight risks and improvement opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimise delivery and resource planning.

You will maintain accurate PIT and PUWER registers, ensuring strong data integrity and audit readiness and analyse and interpret operational data to support performance improvement decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate legislative changes into actionable plans and provide guidance and support to colleagues on processes, compliance, and best practice.


About you
We’re looking for someone who combines technical awareness with strong organisational and analytical skills. If you have proven experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or scheduling/planning roles, we would love to hear from you.


You can interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insight, and are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. You are confident using reporting systems such as Power BI, Excel and have good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.


You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and support operational teams. You’ll also bring knowledge of electrical installations and safety requirements in industrial environments and an understanding of PIT, PUWER, and relevant electrical safety legislation.

This is a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test after the job offer has been made. This will be prior to or within four weeks of their start date.
