The successful applicant will report to the Operations Manager and will receive on-site training. If you have previous finance administration experience and are eager to start a new challenge within a growing team, this position could be ideal for you.
What does the Finance Administrator role involve?
* Supporting the service team with customer applications and sales orders.
* Tracking and monitoring customer payments to ensure timely payments.
* Scheduling appointments and routes.
* Creating sales quotes for national accounts and following up accordingly.
* Addressing and resolving customer and supplier queries promptly.
* Creating and managing sales orders with accurate coding.
* Providing administrative support across various office tasks.
What skills are we looking for in a Finance Administrator?
* Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
* Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships naturally.

What is the company offering?
* Salary between GBP24,000 and GBP27,000.
* 37.5 hours per week.
