A successful construction company based in N/W Ireland with sites nationwide is looking to recruit a Project Managerwith residential experience in managing a social housing scheme for Sligo County Council under a public works contract.

What youll do as Project Manager:
* Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and taking responsibility for overseeing a full projects team and subcontractors.
* Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
* Maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.
* Managing the requisition process for all materials and plant on site.
* Ensuring the project is delivered efficiently to the satisfaction of the client.
Were looking for a Project Manager with:
* Being familiar contract documents supplied by the Client/Architect
* Experience in the construction industry including previous Project Management experience.
* Previous experience working with Public Works.
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision -making skills.
* Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Demonstrate an understanding of BIM and digital construction technologies.
* Excellent IT Skills.
