Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community from September for a long-term role.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
