General Manager – Engineering/Operations

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering or manufacturing teams
Strong commercial and financial understanding (P&L ownership a plus)
A hands-on, people-first leadership style
Strategic thinking and the ability to execute plans effectively
What you need to have:
- An engineering degree or qualification.
- A strong background of working with technical cross functional engineering products- eg products that use electronics, software and mechanical engineering.
- A strong background in manufacturing and operations.
