Key Requirements
* Proven experience operating at Senior Designer level within an agency environment
* Ability to lead creative thinking as well as execute high-quality design work
* Strong conceptual skills and a portfolio that shows integrated campaign thinking
* Experience working with tech and B2B clients (essential)
* Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, and production
