As a Risk Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in helping shape how we evolve Fraud, Credit Risk and Collections through a strong lens of customer obsession. You will support the coordination and optimisation of complex transformation activity, helping to ensure our multi‑million pound CapEx roadmap is delivered with integrity, pace and clear outcomes that build trust and support responsible decision making.
This role sits within a newly forming team and offers a rare opportunity to influence how things are built from the ground up. You will bring insight from across the market, connect teams and ideas, and help turn strategy into action. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will support tooling reviews, supplier engagement, governance and storytelling, while contributing to a connected, high performing team culture.

Must Haves
* Hands on experience operating within credit risk and regulated environments
* Strong ability to analyse complex information and connect insights across multiple workstreams
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including storytelling for senior audiences
* A customer obsessed mindset with experience supporting end‑to‑end customer journey improvement
* Resilience and adaptability, with a growth mindset and comfort working in ambiguity
Other Qualifications
* Experience with tooling reviews, decisioning platforms or technology enabled transformation
* Exposure to RFI or RFP processes, supplier management or contract analysis
* Background in journey mapping, project delivery or PMO style disciplines
* Demonstrated future thinking, innovation or ideation capability
* Commercial awareness within large scale transformation programmes
