Move Manager / Sales Progressor at Norwich

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles.

Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey

2. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression

3. Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion

4. Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process

5. Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience

What’s on offer to you


Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)

6. Basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per year
7. Complete on target earnings of £30,000 per year
8. Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
65% - £250
75% - £500
85% - £750

10. Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process:
11. Mortgage advisers or lenders
12. Solicitors
13. Your buyer
14. The vendor (client selling the house)
15. Surveyors
16. Any other key parts to the process
17. Gather required documents to complete the sale
18. Identification
19. Mortgage agreement
20. Required insurance policies
21. Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion

What you need to bring to the table


Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process

A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

Passionate about haart, our values and processes

A hunger to earn. A drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication


As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion
