Document Controller
PSK Design are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join us in Sale with flexible start times.
The successful Document Controller will be responsible for:
* Managing and maintaining all project documentation
* Ensuring that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
* Supporting project teams and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements and liaise with project lead.
* Maintaining an organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents ·
* Conducting Regular Audits to ensure Compliance and accuracy
* Implementing ISO9001 procedures and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance prior to yearly inspection
The Document Controller will have:
* Proven experience in a document control or administrative role
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
