Job Title: Locum Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6 (AHP Grade) Location: Wood End Centre, Judge Heath Lane, Hayes, UB3 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join the team at Wood End Centre in Hayes. This locum opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive community setting, delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment and intervention for patients with communication and swallowing difficulties Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Contribute to service development and uphold best practice standards Requirements HCPC registration (required) RCSLT membership (preferred) NHS experience (beneficial but not essential) Car owner and driver (desirable but not essential) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Why Pulse?
