• Managing subcontractors and supplier performance
• Working closely with commercial teams to maintain budget control
• Attending client and subcontractor meetings
• Supporting design and buildability reviews on D&B projects
• Driving continuous improvement across project delivery
This role sits right at the centre of project delivery and requires someone comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.

Essential experience includes:
• 10+ years construction industry experience
• 5+ years managing residential or social housing projects
• Experience overseeing multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong understanding of JCT or NEC contracts
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets and subcontractors
• A construction or engineering related qualification (preferred)
Experience in commercial, education or industrial builds would be beneficial, but social housing / residential experience is the key requirement.
What’s On Offer
• Competitive salary with performance bonus
• Company vehicle or car allowance
• Private medical and life insurance
• Additional holidays and service awards
• Hybrid working
• Professional development support
• Strong team culture and regular social events
Why This Role?
