We’re supporting a leading industrial electronics and subsea engineering company that designs and delivers bespoke systems and instruments across Energy, Ocean Science, Defence, and offshore renewable markets.
They are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead and coordinate bespoke development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to precise specifications.
Experience Required
* Proven project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
* Experience managing bespoke, low-volume engineering solutions.
* Strong ability to lead teams in a matrix organisation, including delegation and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing projects involving multiple integrated components.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of good engineering practice and standards.
* Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (BSc/BEng) or equivalent.
* Project management certification desirable (APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or similar).
Candidate Requirements
* Candidates must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
* No start countries; UK citizens or ILR only.
* No sponsorship or visa support provided.
