Role Overview
Calon Wen Organic Dairy is seeking a highly skilled Project and Marketing Manager to oversee key projects and lead marketing efforts that align with our values of sustainability and organic farming. You will be responsible for the completion of high-profile projects, including a brand relaunch, NPD, launching new export products, and driving e-commerce and B2B sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
* Lead social media marketing efforts,
* Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns,
* Brand development and management,
* Paid social media content creation and management to drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Work with external marketing agencies to execute campaigns and strategies.
Project Management
* Brand relaunch to coincide with 25 years in business celebrations
* NPD project: Working with the MD and Commercial and Operations Director, to complete market research, product formats, and brand positioning, with project completion due by Winter 2025.
* Oversee the launch of a new product range aimed at export markets, with a target launch in July 2025 at the Royal Welsh Show.
* E-commerce growth: Expand e-commerce revenue through strategic marketing,
* Event Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive consumer event calendar,
* Compliance and technical knowledge desirable but training will be provided
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in food and drink marketing with specific expertise in brand development
* Experience with e-commerce growth knowledge Shopify site management is a plus.
* Solid understanding of paid social media advertising and the ability to deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact.
* Experience in project management
* Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage people
* Ability to communicate in Welsh desirable not essential
* Driving Licence essential.
