Job Overview
As a Performance Intelligence Lead, you will play an important role within the Performance intelligence service area of the Contract, forming part of the Assisted Travel Team to support planning of performance intelligence and analyse performance data trends to improve efficiency in delivering the Birmingham airport AT contract. You will be responsible for delivering tangible outputs and credible metrics to measure performance using data and science to illustrate progress and demonstrate commitment and corporate responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Understand and combine data from various sources to create analytics data sets. Develop a solid working knowledge of how current systems and data sources are populated and sourced.
* Analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop solutions to address business problems.
* Monitor and audit data quality.
Location & Hours
Location: Birmingham Airport
Hours: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:00

Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with data analysis and report writing experience.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
* Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage.
* Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
* Ability to establish and install new policies and processes.
* Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
