AV Engineer

Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading global technology services provider to recruit an experienced AV Engineer to support a high‑profile financial services environment in Central London. What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Delivering day‑to‑day technical support for audiovisual and video conferencing systems
2. Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving faults across AV hardware, software, and control systems
3. Supporting audio and video conferencing platforms for both in‑room and remote participants
4. Carrying out routine maintenance, testing, and system health checks
5. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support meetings and live events
6. Assisting with AV setup and configuration for office moves, upgrades, and new room builds
What We're Looking For
7. Solid technical knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and control platforms such as Crestron
8. Hands‑on experience supporting Cisco video conferencing and Microsoft Teams / Teams Rooms
9. Strong fault‑finding skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
10. Experience maintaining projectors (LCD/DLP) and supporting broadcast‑style AV environments
11. Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and end users
12. Ability to interpret technical documentation and apply it on site
