A substantive full-time opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager has arisen in the WACH Division, working for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) Services.
The team is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager for a busy department. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver a safe and effective service for the O&G multidisciplinary teams during an exciting time of development.
This role is responsible for the successful operational delivery of the O&G service to a high standard of patient and clinical satisfaction. The role will also support the planning and implementation of service improvements and coordinate operational teams.
In addition, the post holder will have line management responsibilities for administrative support staff, including medical secretaries, waiting list coordinators, and the gynae validation team.
You will need previous experience in line management, healthcare leadership, or working autonomously to meet challenging deadlines, or equivalent experience.
