Damp & Mould Supervisor
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (On-site)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance provider. You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works.
Key Responsibilities
Manage damp & mould cases end-to-end
Oversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence capture
Coordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractors
Manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk
Monitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions)
Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiries
Ensure compliance with health & safety standardsRequirements
Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenance
Strong understanding of damp & mould processes
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience with case management and reporting
Knowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab’s Law)
