This role is known internally as “HomeKey+ Service Coordinator”. What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating delivery of specialist equipment, and ensuring accurate records of the equipment are maintained.
* Providing effective customer service to customer enquiries and taking a proactive approach to customer contact.
* Supporting colleagues to compile completion documents, confirming completion dates of works, and updating systems accordingly.
* Carrying out administrative duties including booking meetings, managing diaries, purchase order management, taking minutes, and updating case information.
What we’re looking for
* Great customer service and administrative skills and experience.
* Values in line with ForHousing values.
* A driving licence and use of a vehicle would be beneficial.
