ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Mid-level Integrated Designer to join VCCP Health’s creative team.
Day-to-day you will work across a wide range of brand campaigns and pitches, working closely with the Art Directors, Head of Art, and our Executive Creative Director to push design quality and help creative ideas live across all formats.
You will be a visual person with a passion for craft in all shapes and sizes – from the smallest banner ad to moving image, print, experiential, and everything in between.
Working with, and getting the most out of production partners, whether that be Girl&Bear / Bernadette (internal VCCP), freelance designers, or third party studios will be a large part of the role.
Being a small team, there will also be many times where we expect everyone to get their hands dirty - all to get to the best work possible.
Pivotal to the role is the ability to work under tight deadlines. You should be a team player, positive, and able to work well with the rest of the team. You can manage your time effectively and quickly ascertain when to deep dive into projects or when to keep things light, and explain your thinking.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Highly creative yet strategic thinking - being able to creatively expand an advertising concept across various formats and throughout content
* Multi-disciplined and have design knowledge in Print, Motion, Digital, and Social Media.
* Experience in branding development (health experience is a plus)
* Be able to put together and sell design concepts through professional presentations
* A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
* Figma / After Effects / Cinema 4D skills are a plus.
