Wise Owls Childcare is a leading provider of breakfast, after-school, and holiday clubs in Maidenhead for children aged 3-14 years. We operate two breakfast clubs and 3 afterschool clubs and have 3 Day nurseries locally.
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and professional Deputy Manager to assist the Manager with operating one of our after-school clubs. Our main aim as a company is to ensure the children are cared for in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment. We love nothing more than to see the children and staff happy.

The position is term time only hours a week (working 2.45 pm to6 .15 pm over 4 or 5 days). Role is based in Maidenhead.
In this role you will:
* Assist with Leading a team of staff and enhance their development.
* Be highly organised and ensure all elements of the clubs run smoothly
* To follow and implement all of the company's policies and procedures
* To ensure the children are happy and have fun with exciting activities
* Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training, and experience:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
* Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* First aid certificate would be a bonus
* Designated safeguarding training would be a bonus
* Previous leadership experience
* Confident and capable of working in a growing fun and energetic business
