Job Description
Farleys Solicitors is continuing its exciting growth journey and we're looking for a talented Commercial Property Senior Associate to join our expanding team in Wigan. If you're an experienced commercial property lawyer who thrives on high-quality work, strong client relationships, and genuine career progression, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly matters.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate within our Commercial Property team, you'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Development work
* Corporate support on property elements of transactions
You'll play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the Wigan office. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, influence, and the chance to help shape a thriving department.
Why Farleys?
Farleys is a well-established, full-service law firm with a proud Northern heritage and a reputation for being both commercially sharp and genuinely people-focused. We combine the professionalism of a leading regional practice with the warmth and personality of a firm that values its people as much as its clients.
Our culture is built on:
* Approachability and teamwork
* High-quality legal work without ego
* Real investment in career development
* A supportive environment where you can grow and lead
Part of the Lawfront Group
Farleys is part of Lawfront, one of the UK's fastest-growing legal groups. This partnership gives us the best of both worlds: the independence and identity of a respected regional firm, supported by the resources, infrastructure, and investment of a national group. It also brings enhanced opportunities for progression, collaboration, and access to cutting-edge systems and shared expertise.
For you, that means a platform to elevate your career while still enjoying the close-knit, people-first culture Farleys is known for.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong fit if you are:
* An experienced commercial property solicitor (ideally 6+ PQE)
* Confident managing complex transactions and client relationships
* Keen to take on leadership responsibilities
* Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Someone who values collaboration and wants to be part of a growing office
What We Offer
* Competitive salary and benefits
* Clear progression opportunities within Farleys and the wider Lawfront group
* Hybrid working options
* A friendly, supportive team environment
* The chance to make a real impact in a growing office
If you're ready to take the next step in your commercial property career and want to join a firm where your expertise is recognised and your ambitions supported, we'd love to hear from you.
