You will be required to undertake general handyperson/caretaker duties within the establishment to maintain the fabric and fittings, simple maintenance and repair work of the building. Your role will include: · Undertaking minor repairs / decoration. · Undertaking general handyperson duties in community settings (if required) · Responsible for reporting breakages/major repairs. · Simple maintenance and operation of heating system, air conditioning and water systems. · Other general handyperson duties. · Driving duties, when appropriate. This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
