Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:
9. Support individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
10. Promote positive well-being and independence in daily life
11. Be enthusiastic and engaged in the hobbies and interests of those you support
12. Help maintain and develop community links through leisure and social activities
13. Support personal care needs where required
14. Shifts are – days 8.00 am – 10.00 pm – Nights 9.00 pm – 8.00 am
15. This is within our 3-bedroom detached home.
Who you are:
16. Able to work independently and adapt to different situations
17. Skilled at building strong, positive relationships
18. Organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectively
19. Positive, flexible, and hands-on in their approach
20. Driver preferred.
