Job Description
3. Monitoring payable aging and ensuring amounts becoming due or overdue are appropriately prioritised
4. Managing urgent payment process when needed
5. Reviewing end-to-end payment cycle to ensure completion
6. Providing input to long-term solutions for payment process
7. Assist with daily financial transactions and data entry.
8. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
9. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
10. Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
11. Manage invoice processing and ensure timely payments.
12. Collaborate with team members to address financial queries and resolve discrepancies.
13. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Assistant should have:
