Location: Rochdale
Salary: up to £42,300 depending on experience

About The Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, supported by a network of regional operations managers and directors. Our service is rated Good by the CQC, and we seek a leader committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the health, wellbeing, and personal growth of individuals and colleagues.
* Maintain outstanding quality standards and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Lead by example—mentor and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including team meetings, training compliance, and annual leave.
* Build strong relationships with families, external professionals, and regulators to foster collaborative care.
* Oversee seamless transitions for new individuals joining our services.
* Ensure clear and effective documentation, empowering teams to excel in written communications and care plans.
* Provide timely and accurate reports to support quality and compliance efforts.
* Be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has significant experience with acquired brain injuries and related illnesses, ideally in a rehabilitation or mental health care setting.
* Is a current Registered Manager seeking a new challenge.
* Must have experience managing clinical teams.
* Holds an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
* Demonstrates strong leadership and a passion for quality and governance.
* Excels in communication and can influence at all levels.
* Thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
* Is flexible to lead by example, including participating in the “on-call” rota or covering shifts when necessary.
* Above all, is relentless in delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to thrive.
