Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Have experience supervising others in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment.
* Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
* Key skills and behaviours:
o Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks effectively.
o A strong focus on delivering great customer service.
o Clear and confident communication with both customers and colleagues.
o Ability to guide and support others to meet store standards and targets.

£32,032 FTE
44 hours per week
