As our Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a reward strategy that supports our growth and ensures fairness across all regions.
You’ll oversee global compensation planning, job architecture, and benefits design, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations. Working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, you’ll drive initiatives that balance competitiveness with equity, using data and market insights to inform decisions.

What will you be doing?
* Lead the design and delivery of a global compensation strategy that supports business objectives and promotes pay equity.
* Manage the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonuses and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with budgets and priorities.
* Develop and communicate clear compensation policies and frameworks that comply with UK and international regulations.
* Oversee global job architecture and benefits programmes, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to drive adoption of new programmes and deliver data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making.
About you
* Extensive experience in global compensation and benefits, including managing complex multi‑region programmes and leading strategic initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of UK and international market trends, benchmarking practices and regulatory requirements, with at least 5 years’ experience managing global programmes or processes.
* Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and thriving in a fast‑paced, global environment.
* Proven ability to oversee the implementation and optimisation of global HRIS and compensation platforms (e.g. Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), with strong capability in leveraging data and reporting for strategic decision‑making.
* Passion for creating fair, competitive and transparent reward frameworks that attract and retain talent.

Responsible to: Lo Tucker, VP, Global Head of Total Rewards
Responsible for: Currently none, but the role is intended to have 2 direct reports in the future.
Salary
£90,000 – £110,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

* 2nd Stage Values Alignment Interview with Clare Reynolds, VP of International People & Culture and Lauren Dengate, VP, Global Head of Talent Management (Expected dates 11/12 and 12/12)
* 3rd Stage – Meeting with Chris Barksdale, VP of US People & Culture and Ben Hill, Chief People Officer (expected dates 15/12‑16/12)
