We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trader based in West London.
Day to Day for Carpenter Multi Trader:
Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry in occupied domestic properties
Installing doors, skirting, architraves, locks, and general wood repairs
Basic multi-trade work such as patch plastering, tiling, and plumbing repairs
Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
Using a PDA for job logging and completion reports

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as:
Carpenter, Carpenter Multi Trader, Maintenance Carpenter, Domestic Carpenter, Reactive Maintenance Operative (carpentry bias), Kitchen Fitter, Joiner, Fire Door Fitter, Bench Joiner, Multi Skilled Operative, or Maintenance Operative with carpentry skills and experience in social housing, council properties, housing associations, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) environments.
