Are you looking to begin your career in sales? 1st Choice Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an Internal Sales role with a well-established company in Huntingdon. This is an exciting position with full training provided, making it the ideal opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a supportive team. To be suitable for the role, you will ideally come from a hospitality background where you are used to working quickly, using initiative, dealing with customers and demonstrating your commercial acumen.
What you'll be doing:
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Supporting account strategies to grow business
Managing orders and enquiries in the company's system
Learning how to negotiate and finalise contracts
Logging and maintaining customer information in the CRM
What we're looking for:
Confident IT skills (Excel, Outlook and Word are a bonus)
Any additional language skills will be beneficial but not essential
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning
Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and succeed
An understanding of great customer service
