Production Team Leader
Location: Oxford
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities of Production Team Leader
* Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality targets.
* Promote and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor.
* Identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth production flow.
* Support training and provide performance feedback to team members.
* Maintain accurate production records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure effective shift handovers and line readiness.
What Youll Need as Production Team Leader
* Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (35 years preferred).
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
