FJA are working with a national leader in the Water industry, who are looking to recruit a Finance Support Assistant to join their Finance & Commercial team based in Peterborough, part of their Anglian Water region.

As Finance Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure Goods Received Notes are actioned within an agreed timeframe.
2. Check delivery tickets match against the purchase order.
3. Proactively resolve payment blockers and access vendor portals to obtain proof of deliveries.
4. Maintain control of project documentation to ensure any audit requirements are met on a consistent basis.
5. Produce a host of reports such as aged debt, expenditure and financial to provide accurate data to support business decisions.
6. Provide a host of value-added actions such as accruals, SAP forecasts and general monthly finance tasks to support partner commercial activities
