We're looking for an experienced and proactive Homeownership Officer to join our team, supporting leaseholders and freeholders across our portfolio. This is a key customer facing role, responsible for ensuring homeowner needs are understood and met across the business. You'll act as the go-to expert on leasehold and freehold matters, advising internal colleagues and managing legal and administrative processes that underpin our homeownership services. What you'll do: Manage conveyancing of 100% resale enquiries within agreed timescales Respond to legal queries and permission applications under lease agreements Prepare Section 20 notices and ensure consultations comply with legislation Administer lease extension processes and deliver sound guidance to internal teams Provide challenge and feedback to support service improvements across Paradigm Represent homeowner perspectives in new development schemes and customer service delivery What we're looking for: Proven experience in leaseholder and homeownership management Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in complex situations Ability to juggle priorities, work independently, and provide practical solutions A creative, customer-centric approach to continuous improvement Comfortable collaborating across teams and acting as the resident voice Closing Date : 24th July, 10:30 pm.
