Description UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Industry Marketing Specialist to lead marketing execution for the Built Environment portfolio, including building safety, construction materials, infrastructure, and sustainability solutions. This role partners closely with sales, product, and subject‑matter experts to deliver buyer‑centric campaigns, support service launches, and equip sales teams with impactful enablement tools that drive demand. The role contributes strategically to industry storytelling, buyer journey design, ensuring alignment across campaigns, content, and channels. The Senior Industry Marketing Specialist monitors performance, derives actionable insights, and continuously optimizes programs to improve engagement, pipeline influence, and business outcomes across Built Environment solutions. This role is hybrid from Basingstoke. Responsibilities Collect and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to support strategy, planning, and budgeting. Support industry positioning, buyer persona development, customer journey mapping, and target account identification. Help enable monitoring of industry trends and efforts to complete competitive analysis for growth opportunities and impending risks. Assist with go-to-market execution, including campaigns, brand activation, messaging, content, and sales enablement. Contribute to demand generation across digital, content, social, events, and outbound/inbound channels. Support campaign measurement, analytics, reporting, and budget tracking to drive ROI and pipeline impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales enablement, product/solution teams, and regional stakeholders. Support launch planning, content activation, and promotional activities across the Built Environment portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with more than six years of experience, preferably within a global organization. Proven collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills. Solid project planning and execution with attention to detail and deadlines. Strong business acumen and stakeholder awareness. Effective interviewing and information-gathering skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with budget tracking and financial oversight. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data. Proficiency in developing marketing collateral and supporting content initiatives. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
