Role Overview Lead the onboard revenue accounting activity, covering pre-cruise and on-cruise revenue streams. Identify and resolve accounting issues, including areas requiring judgement, with clear communication of impacts. Provide commercial insight across evolving revenue initiatives, including all-inclusive beverage packages, digital booking channels, and new onboard propositions. Manage and develop team members within an expanding revenue portfolio. This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. What You'll Bring Qualified accountant with strong technical competence. Experience providing commercial insight and supporting business-critical decision-making. Ability to lead and develop junior team members, including apprentices in structured study programmes. Confidence partnering across the business to drive understanding and performance.
