Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Maintain cleanliness of the facilities above expectations, actively participating in upkeep with team support.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Candidate Requirements:
* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Competent with administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities to progress.
* Able to undertake operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts as per business needs and support team duties.
* Target-focused to support club sales and retention efforts.
