The Role
* Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Observe, plan, and assess children's development
* Support key worker responsibilities and contribute to learning journeys
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery settings across Kent
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* Be confident completing observations, planning activities, and supporting next steps in learning
* Be proactive, caring, and a strong team player
