Fitness Coach – BFT East Croydon

BFT East Croydon isn’t your average fitness studio. We’re building a high-performance team that values smart coaching over hype. Our training is rooted in science-backed Strength & Conditioning, with an emphasis on progressive overload, quality movement, and intent.Our coaches don’t just count reps—they correct form, cue effectively, and bring the best out of every member, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
What We’re Looking For
We want a coach who is as committed to technical excellence as they are to building community:
* Qualified: Level 3 PT certification (minimum) + First Aid & insurance
* Experienced: 2+ years on the gym floor or in group coaching
* Skilled: A sharp eye for movement and the ability to coach with precision
* Authentic: More than “energy”—you value outcomes over noise
* Approachable: Confident, personable, and a positive influence in a supportive, inclusive community
* Lifestyle-Driven: You live what you coach
* Local: Ideally based near Croydon (not commuting from the other side of London)
Availability
We need someone who can commit to:
* Monday morning
* Thursday morning
* Thursday evening
* Friday evening & Saturday morning (rotational with the team)
At least 1 morning + 1 evening session per week is required, plus team meetings and ongoing development.
Pay & Perks
* £20/class during 3-month probation
* £25/class post-probation
* £5 extra on Saturdays and Bank holidays
* Team-based commission structure (in development)
* Ongoing training in BFT systems & coaching methodology
* Funded BFT coaching courses for professional growth
