* Designing and delivering key business applications and solutions.
* Coaching and mentoring junior engineers within the team and organization.
* Adhering to our Software Development processes and improving our engineering culture by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
* Engaging proactively with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers and Architecture team.

Qualifications:
* A third-level degree in Information Technology or Computer Science-related field.
* 5+ years of professional programming experience, including at a software product company.
* Experience in supporting cloud platforms at scale (AWS), infrastructure as code, container orchestration environments (preferably Kubernetes), and observability platforms.
* Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
* Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.

* Security-first approach with a focus on secure delivery of applications and cloud infrastructure.
* Experience with container-based solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency in deploying infrastructure via Terraform.
* Knowledge of cloud-native services (AWS).
* Experience with engineering systems/applications at scale and microservice architecture.
* Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools.
