Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering and automation/control systems? Ready to step into a high-impact role for an engineering consultancy delivering complex technical projects? If so, this is the opportunity for you.
In this role, you will:
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver major electrical and automation projects
* Apply your electrical engineering and control systems expertise to interpret requirements, troubleshoot challenges and manage technical solutions
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement activities and reporting
* Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Oversee quality, safety, compliance and technical accuracy across all phases of project delivery
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline)
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment
* Strong background in automation, control systems, PLC/SCADA and electrical design concepts
* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification highly regarded
