This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period, working within a friendly and supportive factory environment. Responsibilities of the Production Operator - Preparing and loading materials for the powder coating process. - Operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets. - Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards. - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times. The Candidate The successfully appointed Production Operator will have the following skills and abilities: - Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment. - Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
