Assembly Team Member

About the Role
You will be responsible for assembling cartridge valves to approved standards, following company processes and quality procedures. This role involves working as part of a team to maintain high-quality output, ensuring a clean and safe workplace, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Shifts & Hours
Afternoon shift (standard):
Monday – Thursday: 1pm–9pm
Friday: 1pm–8pm
Flexibility required to occasionally cover or permanently move to morning shifts if needed.
Pay & Benefits
Base rate: £12.31 per hour
Shift allowance: +20% for hours worked outside core business hours
Overtime rates:
Midweek Overtime: £18.47
Weekends: £24.62
What We’re Looking For
Experience in assembly or engineering (preferred)
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to support across teams
Commitment to Health & Safety and continuous improvement
Be physically able to carry out manual work.
Enthusiastic and committed.
