We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistentlyin the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. What you will be doing?
* Assist the bar team in organizing with the cleaning and setting up the bar and making sure that standards are maintained at all times
* Prepare the bar service, ensuring that all bar equipment’s are readily available for bartenders that are on duty
* Regularly check the stock and the quality of the products that are used in the bar and keep a populate any tracker sheets
* Delivering world class cocktails and trying new recipes
* Keeping up to date with the menu and the latest cocktail/mocktail trends
We are looking for someone who…
* Experience in Mixology and ability to make sophisticated cocktails
* Fluent level of English and other languages are desirable!
* Ability to consult and advice customer on cocktails
* Practical bartending skills with shakers and beer taps
* Creative skills in mixing and ability to come up with new recipes
