Job Title: Administrator
Location: Dundee
Pay Rate: £14.02p/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Please note, you may need to support shifts between 8:30am - 5:30 dependant on business needs.
Hybrid Working: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, at one of our office sites. For the other 3 days per week you can work from home.

Lloyds are recruiting now for Customer Service roles supporting the UK's largest Banking Group.
As part of the IP&I team, you will be carrying out admin and back-office process to ensure our customers needs are met quickly, and to the highest standards. A 6 -8 week training programme will teach you all you need to know about the wide range of products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring administrative tasks are carried out in line with security processes, and flagging potentially non-compliant information
Working to ensure customer expectations are met quickly and accurately
Processing new requests, as well as dealing with more complex processes, and resolving customer problems
Ensure information is stored on the in-house systems accurately and securelyAbout our client:
