Learning & Development Assistant
A fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Assistant to join a leading US law firm. This role would suit an organised and proactive HR or Learning & Development Administrator looking to develop their career within L&D – working closely with L&D team, you’ll support the delivery and administration of training programmes across a range of practice groups and business services teams.

Learning & Development Assistant Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Support the administration and delivery of learning and development programmes across the firm.
* Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and attendance tracking.
* Maintain accurate training records, learning management system data, and reporting trackers.
* Administer external training bookings and support mentoring, onboarding, and development initiatives.
* Collect and collate learner feedback, producing reports to support continuous improvement.
* Provide first-line support for training-related queries from learners and stakeholders.
* Assist with learning communications, training materials, and promotional activities.
* Process departmental invoices and maintain accurate training expenditure records.
* Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development colleagues, and business stakeholders to support learning initiatives.

Learning & Development Assistant Skills & Requirements:
\n
* Previous experience within a HR, Learning & Development, Training Administration environment, ideally within a law firm.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop within Learning & Development.
* Experience using HR systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or training databases would be advantageous.
